Terms and conditions of sale when buying goods from the Online Store
The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. A delivery fee is added to the price.
The delivery fee within Tallinn is 2.99€. The delivery fee is displayed when the purchase is formalized.
Information about the goods is presented in the Online Store directly at the goods.
Payment for products
Payment for the goods is made to the Eurofixic OU account in Coop Pank EE434204278612039307.e-shop prices are in euros and include VAT.
Modes of delivery
- Receipt of products by courier
When choosing a courier service, we will send the goods by courier within Tallinn to the address entered when placing the order within 1 day. Upon receipt of products by courier, a service fee of 4.99€ will be added to the invoice (includes VAT, order picking, packaging and transportation). The exact time of delivery is specified by the courier by phone.
- Itella all over Estonia
Depending on the size of the order from 3.99€ (includes VAT, order picking, packaging and transportation). The typical delivery time for orders is up to 5 business days from the entry into force of the order, i.e. when the payment is received. In case of delays, the customer service of the Araxes.ee online store informs the Customer immediately.

According to the legislation of the Republic of Estonia and the European Union, the consumer does not extend the right to withdraw from the contract and return the goods to alcoholic beverages. If the goods are incorrect or defective, the brisa.ee must be informed immediately upon receipt of the goods to the e-mail address email@example.com the costs of replacing or returning the wrong or defective goods will be borne by Eurofixic OÜ.
- Upon receipt of the goods from the Itella parcel machine, Itella requires the age of the parcel recipient to be determined using an ID-card
- Upon receipt of the goods by courier, the Customer’s age is checked by the courier
- To purchase the goods, you need to add the desired products to the shopping cart.
- To complete the purchase, you must fill in the required data fields and choose the appropriate delivery method.
- The amount of the fee, which can be paid via a bank link, is then displayed on the screen.
The Agreement shall enter into force upon receipt of the amount due to the current account of the E-store.
1.1. The Contracting Parties shall be guided by the laws and other legislation of the Republic of Estonia and the agreement agreed upon in the User Agreement when regulating their relations.
1.2. The Store Manager has the right to make changes to the service provided by the E-store at any time.
1.3. The Store Manager has the right to unilaterally change the terms and conditions of the User Agreement without being obliged to notify the Customer thereof in writing by e-mail.
Products and purchase
2.1. Not all products displayed may always be in stock.
2.2. If a product is not in stock and the order cannot be fulfilled, the employee of the E-store will contact the Customer within 3 (three) working days at the latest. In this case, a possible new delivery time or replacement of the product with an equivalent product of the same price and quality shall be proposed. If the Client does not agree to the new terms and conditions, he/she may refuse the order and the money already paid will be refunded.
2.3. The product images displayed are illustrative and may differ from the actual product.
2.4. Product descriptions in the online store may not be exhaustive and may contain unintentional errors.
2.5. The customer, who selects the desired products, undertakes to enter the required data to fulfill the order.
2.6. The Client undertakes to provide the true data necessary for the execution of the order. The Store Manager shall not be liable for failure to execute an order due to incorrect data submitted by the Customer or for any consequences arising therefrom.
3.1. The basic prices of all products in the Online Store are calculated in euros.
3.2. The store manager has the right to change the displayed prices at any time.
3.3. If the Store Manager has changed the prices in the E-shop after the user has placed and paid for the order, the corresponding products will be delivered to the Customer at the prices valid at the time of the order. The Client does not have the right to demand compensation for the spread.
3.4. The prices of the products of the online store may differ from those of the seller’s retail stores.
Withdrawal from the contract before performance of the contract by the Store Manager
4.1. If the Customer wishes to withdraw from the contract after placing the order and before the performance by the contract provider, he/she undertakes to notify the Store Manager thereof in writing as soon as possible. A written notification must be sent to the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org. The e-mail must indicate the order number from which you wish to withdraw and add the Customer’s contact details (first name, surname, date of placing the order, contact phone number).
4.2. If the application for withdrawal reaches the provider after the performance of the contract by the Store Manager, the withdrawal from the contract shall take place in accordance with the chapter “Right of return” of the User Agreement.
4.3. The Store Manager shall refund the amount paid to the Customer no later than within 5 days from the receipt of the wish to withdraw from the contract.
4.4. The money is transferred to the same bank account from which it was received by the Store Manager.
Right of return
5.1. Goods purchased from the online store will not be returned and the money will not be refunded.
Personal data and their use
6.1. The User gives clear and informed consent to the Store Manager for the processing of their personal data.
6.2. Personal data that has become known to the provider entered by the User upon placing the order shall be entered in the customer register and used for the provision of sales services and the provision of goods to the Customer.
6.3. The source of personal data is the emergence of a customer relationship when registering an order in the E-store.
6.4. The personal data to be registered includes data about the Customer’s order (surname, first name, street, house, apartment number, city or city, postcode, telephone number, year of birth, sex, method of delivery, method of payment used, acceptance of the E-shop User Agreement by sending sales offers to an e-mail address, comments entered in free text).
6.5. Personal data necessary for the delivery of goods to the Customer may be transferred to the company providing courier services.
6.6. The Store Manager undertakes not to transfer registered personal data to unauthorised persons.
6.7. The Store Manager reserves the right to transfer data concerning the User if it is transmitted to a person who processes the data for the performance of a legal obligation and has a legal right to do so or if it is carried out in order to protect the health or freedom of another person of the Customer.
6.8. The Client has the right to check the personal data concerning him/her, as well as to amend or remove the data from the register.
6.9. The User gives the Store Manager the consent to send an order confirmation to the e-mail address entered when placing the order.
6.10. The User gives the Store Manager the consent to send sales offers to the e-mail address entered when placing the order, if he/she has indicated the respective consent on the order submission page with a tick in the corresponding window.
7.1. Acquaintance with the terms and conditions set out in the User Agreement is obligatory for the Client.
Procedure for handling complaints
8.1. In the case of defective goods, the consumer has the right to lodge a complaint with the seller as soon as the goods have been received.
8.2. The claim is not to be resolved if Eurofixic OÜ proves that the defects in the goods have been caused by the fault of the consumer.
Nb! Minor alcoholic beverages cannot be ordered and no goods are issued to them.
